apologies for the disappearance - its going to be quite wordy
2nd June attended the cappelini's dream talk... well i wont say its not nice but however it does not seem to deliver wat the talk's title seems to deliver .. or rather is wat i expected it to be - basically it introduces his team of designers and their works much more than wat he had done and abt himself
and not forgetting the fact that they made it another opportunity for advertiseing their company and products... haiz ... kind of disppointed -www.sp.edu.sg-
3rd & 4th june as usual band practices
5th - 9th june is E-Learning week which i personally don really like and in between attended some band practices as well at both changkat changi and pasir ris band
10th june went for band practice at ITE band & rehearsal at Pasir Ris band ... on this particular day i'm pissed off by ITE Band and that "great" staff-in-charge of band (shall not disclosed name for safety and legal regulations reasons) practically a unreasonable and ineffective staff in charge is how i would put it ! reason is he keeps emphasising on personal punctuality and attendance yet it seems tht no one pays any attention to it and he could come to me saying i have bad attendance and no committment but guess wat i'm a graduate who is kind enough to offer help without asking anything in return. talking abt punctuality - i there've been a number of practices where i took cab to reach there on time or say few mintues late but on 10th june was once again i woke up late thus took a cab in order to be punctual as the sl msg saying reach at 9.15am don be late .. upon reaching at 9.17am i only see less than 10 members and the sl nowhere in sight cos he reach at 10.30am - wat hack is tht ?
then i went off at 11am to go prss for rehearsal .. he saw me and wans to talk to me for 5 mintues - i reply sure but i have 5mintues to spare only so he got the band leader and sl in as well then started all thsoe topic on punctuality and attendance then i tell him i know wat u want to say - which is u don need my help anymore and from tht sentence on i told him i have to go and walked off not even bothered to raise the problems of his sl and members punctuality and othere stuff especially the fact he said he has alot of new members wanting to join the band
- 11.30am reached prss band for rehearsal ... once there it brightens up my mood .. cos its a much nicer band to be in not forgetting changkat changi band though.
after rehearsal went to bugis food village for pasta with sandy doreen shirley baldwin and alwdyn food was nice and after which i went off to meet alvin junhong minghan and gang for dinner at bedok then went over junhong's place watch soccer match then played mahjong with his sister
11th june went for swsy practice then went for dinner with fairie alice baldwin joven alwyn shirley and a few others ta the food market then few of us went esplanade to slack and meet up with firduas - pardon me for wrong spelling of names ... there we watch the performance and had the chance of fiddling with the bells that sound practically similar to vibraphone except thtits in individual instead of whole range and saw the whirlies which resembles washing machince hose
12th -16th june another week of band and project work
17th june - full dress rehearsal for upcoming concert on 23rd june = Vivala Musica IV .. was a rather bad rehearsal though but sounded much better in the band room
after rehearsal went for dinner at bugis's pasta mania with sir and had some discussion over dinner then went to mount faber's safra with sir and rest of swsy members
so sorry to my pri and sec classmates for not being able to attend their 21st birthday chalet as i still have project work to complete after the day of band and discussion ... will meet u guys out some other day !
18th june - went for practice at swsy was late for 30 mins .. so embarassing and only practice one song - princess mononoke... then have to leave at 4pm to meet up with prss band members then go VCH for nan chiau high school's concert at 5pm after tht went laupasat for dinner with prss members and slack at esplande area then saw swsy members at the concurse of esplandae ...lol then i had some crazy moments with them before going home
20th june went to jurong library meet up jasmin to help her out in some of her queries over her project and did some of my journalling too .. i still need to find kunihiko husing for my journalling .. hai still have so many things not done .. so dead
